David P. Krekorian, MST, CPA

David Krekorian is a Certified Public Accountant who has operated his own CPA and business management consulting firm since 1991. Prior to establishing the firm, David served on the staff of Ernst & Young LLP, an international CPA firm, and Piccerelli Gilstein & Co., a large firm headquartered in Providence. 
 
He is called upon frequently to speak on accounting, taxes and operating issues of small and medium-sized businesses. A graduate of the Moses Brown School in Providence, he earned a B.S. in Accounting from Villanova University in 1980, and a Master of Science in Taxation (MST) from Bryant University in 1990. 
 
He serves on the Board of Bonnet Shores Beach Club Condominium Association in South Kingstown and is a past Board Member of the the Rhode Island Legal Education Partnership/Rhode Island Mock Trial.

Terri Bernat


Terri Bernat is an Associate at David Krekorian CPA, and boasts more than 25 years of experience in the accounting profession. 

 

She is a full charge bookkeeper, and has deep experience in preparation of personal tax returns and payroll. Highly proficient with QuickBooks, Terri oversees setup and, where required, data entry on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis for clients of the firm.
